Description
A new character I made. It was inspired by Greek mythology and the Percy Jackson series(if you guys wouldn't mind 
).
It's my version of Percy in the form of an otter. He wields an aquatic staff/spear(whatever it's called), and he has the power of water. Of coarse, he's the son of Poseidon, half god, and a friend to Dusk. I am making a team for Dusk too, and Percy is part of it. There will be a couple more team members made and coming soon.
In other words, this came out pretty good and the water effect came out okay.
